    Our items have been carefully crafted to ensure your complete satisfaction.
    However, if you change your mind, you have a 15-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of your items to return them and request a refund.

    Please note: You must provide us with the tracking number and proof of deposit.

    We only refund products whose packaging has not been opened.

    However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Refunds

    If you have not received your CBD within three weeks of shipment, we will refund your money. 

    We will also refund the cost of the Chronopost service if you still haven't received your CBD within three days of shipment.

    Please note: Once your order tracking indicates that it has been delivered, we are unable to issue a refund.

    If this is the case, we invite you to file a claim with the carrier, which we do systematically, so that a thorough investigation can be conducted.
